Christy Rennison - Registered Nurse/Nurse Prescriber

Christy Rennison - Registered Nurse/Nurse Prescriber

I have been employed as a registered nurse for Dr Simon Mackereth. Originally from Vietnam I moved to New Zealand and embarked on my nursing journey in New Zealand in 2004, where I pursued my nursing training at Auckland University of Technology (AUT). With two decades of nursing experience under my belt, I have dedicated myself to improving patient outcomes.

I am currently a nurse prescriber but am actively working towards achieving my goal of becoming a nurse practitioner, aiming to broaden my scope of practice and enhance my ability to deliver comprehensive care to patients.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I find happiness in the great outdoors, often indulging in camping trips with my husband David and daughter Chloe. These excursions not only provide moments of relaxation and bonding but also serve as a source of rejuvenation.
